responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System (QMS) documentation control initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with prescribed Document Control requirements.

• Support Quality Management System (QMS) record control initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with prescribed Record Control requirements and update repositories.

• Support management of Calibration database.

• Query items due for calibration and prepare them accordingly.

• Initiate supporting documentation per procedure.

• Monitor status of calibration services purchase orders.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and Teams.

• Technical writing expertise.

Desired Skills: Proficiency in ENOVIA (Drawings), WISPER, Electronic Warranty Claim System (EWCS).
