    If you will be able to travel up to 10-15% to onsite locations., you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Kronos Workforce Central and Kronos Workforce Management (aka Dimensions) build and support

    • Pay Practice Builds (Pay rules, Accruals, Work rules, Adjustment rules)

    • Advanced scheduling build and support

    • Attestation Kit (ATK) build and support

    • Clock configuration and troubleshooting of DX & 9000 series models

    • Navigator and Display profile builds

    • Integration build and maintenance

    • Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants

    • Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access

    • Monitor integration schedules to ensure not failures or issues

    • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments

    • Work directly with Client & Informatics to document requirements & expected results

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of Kronos support experience with Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos Workforce Management (Dimensions)

    • 2+ years of Pay Practice Builds (Pay rules, Accruals, Work rules, Adjustment rules)

    • 2+ years of advanced scheduling build and support

    • Proven ability to participate with other team members in on call coverage rotation for critical needs outside business hours

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree

    • Bhoomi experience and/or Certification

    • 2+ years of report writing

    • 2+ years of writing SQL queries

    • 2+ years of Clock configuration and troubleshooting

    • 2+ years of Kronos Mobile experience

    • 2+ years of Navigator and Display profile build experience

    • Kronos Workforce Management (Dimensions) experience

    • Experience ATK build and support

    • Experience Interface design and maintenance

    • Workday Payroll experience

    • Kronos Workforce or Dimensions Analytics experience

    California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
