  • Position Summary

    You will be a key member of the team working to ensure Timberland's fine products are available to our end-consumer wherever they choose to shop and that their experience is similar no matter the venue. You will optimize inventory across the market to corporate requirements while meeting or exceeding our revenue, profit goals and premium positioning across the market.

    Senior Analyst - Integrated Inventory (Timberland Americas)

    You will be a trusted member of the team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Planning. In addition to building relationships with your core team, you will also be forming strong partnerships with the following teams as an important part of your position: Supply Chain; Planning; Allocation; Merchandising; Digital; Global Business Technology (GBT); and Operations.

    How You Will Make a Difference

    What you will do :

    • Monitor excess inventory and transfer as needed between business units to achieve revenue and inventory goals

    • Own product life cycle management and exit strategies, ensuring exiting in the most profitable way for the brand

    • Partner with Supply Chain on the outcome of buys that don't meet MOQ's

    • Maintain Omni-Channel systemic rules

    • Manage the monthly S&OP meeting inputs and the scheduling and facilitating of this meeting

    • Update and publish weekly inventory reports

    • Other tasks as necessary

    Skills for Success

    • Ability to work/communicate with all levels of the organization.

    • Ability to understand, assess, & problem solve.

    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

    • Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 years in an omnichannel retail environment, preferably in the footwear industry.

    Educational Position Requirements

    A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees such as a bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

    • What we expect you already know/have :

    • Superior computer skills in MS Office Suite; Power BI skills a plus

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; highly organized

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly present findings.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships

    • The ability to inspire confidence, respect, enthusiasm and cooperation

    Hiring Range :

    $68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD annually

    Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
