    About this role:

    Corporate & Investment Banking ("CIB") delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking; commercial real estate lending and servicing; investment banking; equity; and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.

    The Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGAL) group is seeking a Vice President, Lead Investment Banker to join its New York office. The REGAL team is focused on decision makers (C-suite, Board) and on building long-term client relationships, deepening those relationships through strategic advice, strong product knowledge and flawless deal execution.

    In this role, you will:

    • Focus on the Gaming, Lodging and Leisure sector

    • Be responsible for independently working with clients and handling complex transactions.

    • Have well-developed knowledge of products and services, marketplace, and clients.

    • Be directly involved in the origination, structuring, and execution of Corporate and Investment Banking products and services for existing clients and prospects.

    • Assist in delivering the full range of products and services to clients through formulating financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level, managing client relationships, and executing mandated assignments in public and private equity, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), high yield and convertible securities.

    • Collaborate and consult with Investment Banking peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

    • Lead Investment Banking projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior investment banking experience including gaming, lodging and leisure coverage

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

    • Knowledge and understanding of business development: business vision, strategies, and goals

    • A Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics or related fields

    • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

    • Strong credit skills

    • Ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments

    • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

    • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment

    Job Expectations

    • Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted

    • Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted

    • Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted

    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

    Salary Range: Base Salary: $250,000 - $250,000 USD Annual

    This role is bonus eligible.

    Pay Range

    $173,300.00 - $359,900.00
