  • ABOUT THE JOB

    As the Aerospace Technologies Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Accelerator Leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving ISC Accelerator agenda including Analytics and digital transformation strategy roadmap and execution across the Aerospace business to optimize ISC performance, enhance customer value, and enable growth. You will also oversee the ISC Operational Excellence efforts and lean manufacturing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Aerospace strategic priorities and the Global ISC network standards. You will report to the Aerospace ISC Vice President and work closely with the Aerospace leadership team, the Global ISC network, and external partners.

    This role is based in Phoenix Arizona location on an On-site work schedule.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement the ISC Analytics and digital transformation vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the Aerospace business, in alignment with the Aerospace and Global ISC network objectives in partnership with the ISC CIO

    • Own and deliver data driven insights, solutions, and recommendations to improve ISC performance, customer value, and growth

    • Drive the adoption and integration of digital tools, platforms, and technologies across the Aerospace ISC network, such as IoT, cloud, AI, ML, robotics, automation, etc.

    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the impact and value of ISC Analytics and digital transformation initiatives

    • Manage the ISC Operational Excellence and lean manufacturing programs, ensuring consistency and best practices across the Aerospace ISC network

    • Identify and execute opportunities for ISC process improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Aerospace leadership team, the Global ISC network, and external partners, such as customers, suppliers, vendors, consultants, etc.

    • Coach, mentor, and develop the ISC Accelerator team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

    • Develop and drive standard cadence: monthly transformation reviews, financial reviews, ISC Day preparation.

    • Work across various enterprise functions to identify and implement high value digitization opportunities that directly enable the business strategic priorities and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

    • Provides solutions for operations issues, investigate shortfalls in production assignments and participate in problem solving.

    Partners with operations management on ISC projects, production processes, continuous improvement, safety and quality.

    • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in ISC, Operations, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects

    • Demonstrated expertise in ISC Analytics and digital transformation, with proven track record of delivering results and value

    • Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, and technologies, such as IoT, cloud, AI, ML, robotics, automation, etc.

    • Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, peers, and external stakeholders

    • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work across functions, geographies, and cultures

    • Self-motivated, innovative, and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement

    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, as required

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred

    • Advanced degree in Engineering

    • Demonstrated capability to manage global and cross-functional business structures and teams

    • Hardware, Firmware and Software experience

    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives
