  • Our client, a reputable logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department, supporting various teams within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which are essential for success in this role.

    Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

    Location: Burlingame, CA

    Pay Range: $25-$27 DOE

    What's the Job?

    • Handle shipping and receiving operations.

    • Serve as a liaison for service providers.

    • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain customer profiles.

    • Manage order allocations and ensure accurate communication within the warehouse.

    • Generate reports, troubleshoot issues, and assist with inventory management and process improvement.

    What's Needed?

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics

    • Experience on working in a system to control the inventory electronically

    • Fluent English, Spanish

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
