We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Web Application Developer to join our Innovation Team. This individual will possess expertise in developing robust web applications, with a strong preference for experience in Django/Python or similar frameworks. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with various stakeholders within the business to gather ideas and devise strategic plans for their implementation. This role requires a unique blend of technical prowess and interpersonal skills to foster innovation and collaboration across the organization.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django/Python or similar frameworks.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather innovative ideas.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with our innovation goals.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.

• Work closely with the UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and propose their adoption where beneficial.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years in web application development using Django/Python or similar frameworks.

• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and collaborate with people across different levels of the business.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
