Hiring Leaders: Raymond Bordogna is a managing director and the chief strategy officer at LiquidHub, where he leads the Management Consulting practice and is a thought leader for technology strategy and enterprise architecture, business process and project management services. Bordogna also serves as a lecturer at Pennsylvania State University, where he created and teaches two courses: Business Administration 5073: Enterprise Architecture and Marketing 6023: e-Commerce Project Management. Prior to joining LiquidHub, Bordogna was a corporate development manager within Sun Microsystems' Corporate Strategy Group where he analyzed strategic investments. Previously, at Broadreach Consulting, Bordogna managed deployments of B2C, enterprise portals and enterprise application Integration projects. As a Global Program Manager at Tyco International, Bordogna directed global technology implementations and was responsible for the strategic use of Internet technologies. Bordogna received his BSE from the University of Pennsylvania where he was the recipient of both the Francis G. Tatnall and Nassau Fund Awards. He holds a MSE from Stanford University and earned an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he dual-majored in Strategic Management and Finance. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster (CSM).

Yes, there is a both a talent crunch and IT wage inflation, both for excellent and even marginal IT personnel. Senior level .NET and J2EE architects are difficult to find.

We use recruiters, online job postings and local networking and user groups.

There is a minimum of five interviews: The first with HR, two technical, and two others with company leaders.
