I had always believed that when an employer sees my Resume, there's a big chance that I can land a job. But after 6 straight months of endless sending resumes and with only 4 recruiters seemingly interested with my qualifications and not receiving another communication beyond the first request for an update, a profile, a further explanation on something, nada. So I am ready to try networking as an additional venue to find employment.

Basically this looks like a list for social bookmarking. Social Bookmarking is one of the best, easiest tools I have come across for SEO purposes. This is a great list.

Next, we should all comment to expand on each site, to tell readers how each one should be leveraged. In other words, I have an MBA in E-Commerce, but I'm still having problems figuring out how to competently communicate via Twitter. I can send a Direct Message and I can Tweet, but there's more to it than that, right? :-)
