    SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000

    • Manage Human Resources data processing, inquires, tracking and reporting for HR related programs (FMLA, absenteeism, labor relations, benefits, payroll, hiring, union dues, variable comp tracker, etc.)

    • Assist with weekly payroll when needed

    • Follow up with employees on leave of absence/FMLA matters.

    • Answer employee HR questions

    • Maintain files and records (both manually and electronically).

    • Event planning, organization, and budget tracking.

    • Accountable for Brewery communication boards.

    • Answer internal and external inquiries from employees and external customers.

    • Provide administrative support for the General Manager and People Manager.

    • Ability to work with all levels of employees; handle and protect highly confidential information.


    • High school education required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

    • This is a Full-time position (Only Weekdays), primarily from 7AM-3P, must have flexibility in work schedule to accommodate supporting events with the ability to work certain holidays, if required.

    • Four (4) plus years of administrative assistant and/or HR experience.

    • Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information in an appropriate manner.

    • Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while paying attention to details.

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to details

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

    • Proficient in computer systems - MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
