Prepares routine correspondence, memoranda and reports as directed
Greets any visitors, help to resolve routine and some complex inquires
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements for multiple Directors
Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings to all attendees and their staff
May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
May administer routine programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit serviced
Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations
Act as liaison for Medicare website members, assisting with resetting locked out accounts

High school education or equivalent experience
3+ years recent administrative experience
Good knowledge of organization policies and practices required within six months of position
Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook e.g., mail merge, data entry, etc.
