    The Opportunity

    This role is on a hybrid schedule- in office and partially remote

    The QC Analyst is responsible for administering Quality Control procedures and works alongside the Loan Closing Group and core business teams in closing new deals and modifications on existing portfolio accounts to ensure compliance with Ally CF policies and procedures and regulatory compliance including Flood Insurance, OFAC and Know Your Customer. Individuals at this level work independently leveraging a working knowledge of the deal closing process including underwriting, documentation, operational requirements as well as regulatory and

    The Work Itself

    • Completing pre and post closing QC review for new transactions or loan modifications to detect and correct material errors.

    • Ensure contractual terms of client loans are consistent with credit approval and accurately reflected in the loan accounting system.

    • Ensure transactions are in compliance with Ally CF procedures and regulatory requirements for flood insurance, OFAC and KYC.

    • Produce monthly reporting detailing status of QC review.

    The Skills You Bring

    • 1 year of commercial lending experience preferred with loan administration experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Highly analytical and detail oriented with problem solving capabilities

    • High degree of accountability

    • Ability to interface across corporate department

    • Broad understanding of the regulatory environment with sufficient knowledge to address business partners requests

    • BA or BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred
