    SALARY : $78,400-$88,200

    ROLE SUMMARY :

    The Brewing Technical Training Engineer is responsible for leading the North American Zone breweries planning, laboratory build out/design, creating course material, and scheduling training of our technicians. This is a highly demanding role in a technical environment. Additional expectations are as follows:

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Planning and Scheduling:

    • Working with ZBS Brewing and L&D to determine the upcoming annual learning plan for Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced courses.

    • Prioritize and plan required course frequency.

    • Manage priorities to match training budget.

    • Manage and schedule trainers to provide the required course material.

    • Manage lab equipment upkeep and updates in coordination with schedule.

    • Laboratory Build Out/Design:

    • Build out the laboratories as needed and in order of priority by SMT.

    • Design the space to be conducive to learning with hands on components.

    • Update the space as required for additional training and changings in the brewery standards.

    • Keep equipment up to current standards, with the understanding not all sites will have the same hardware/software.

    • Develop budgets for consumables, and on-going efforts.

    • Course Materials

    • Work closely with ZBS Brewing to build a robust training curriculum based on Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced topics.

    • Develop technical course material with experts.

    • Work with trainers to better enhance the training to better upskill our people.

    • Ensure course materials are available for all attendees.

    • Develop online course material for prerequisites to aid attendees before in person training.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering discipline, equivalent technical degree, or certification.

    • 1 - 4 years Project Engineering/management experience OR experience in a Packaging/Quality/Brewing/Fermentation/Utilities environment with an exposure and understanding of maintenance/engineering systems.

    • Brewing experience preferred.

    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.

    • Ability to adapt to systems and system management quickly.

    • Ability to communicate with and have impact and influence on network of resources and senior managers.

    • Strong leader with ability to influence horizontally and vertically within the organization.

    • Excellent interpersonal and technical problem-solving skills.

    • High attention to detail.

    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

    • 10-15% Travel required.
