    Practice Focus:Accenture is focused on assisting our Health clients in two primary offerings: 1) to migrate and run their EMR in the Cloud and 2) Cerner Support and Optimization. We are searching for talented and experienced people with Cerner Technical experience and skills. Specifically, we are searching for Cerner Solution Architects, Technical Engineers, Database Administrators, Integration Consultants, and System Administrators to join us and either assist in the migration Cerner sites to cloud infrastructure, develop and deploy Cerner implementations, development of assets and accelerators, and assistance in technical requirement analysis for business cases for clients to move their EMR instance to the cloud, OR assist our clients solve toughest challenges related to supporting and optimizing their Cerner implementations.

    You Are: An experienced Cerner Application Architect with proven skills in one or more Cerner solutions including Millennium, Soarian / Revelate, CareAware, and/or Healtheintent.

    Core Responsibilities:Depending on the client engagement, the Cerner Application Architect will be responsible for leading an Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.

    • Develop the System Integration and Technology Consulting Solution Plan, including solution, scope, estimates, contingency, costs, schedule, delivery model, resource/sourcing plan, assumptions, and risks

    • Work with practice leadership to ensure alignment with Accenture Delivery Methods for Cerner Solution Planning

    • Work with the overall Cerner Delivery Lead to ensure the Solution Plan is appropriately transitioned

    • Drive adherence to Managed Delivery Principles

    • As needed, support delivery lead in significant re-planning effort during delivery.

    • Responsible to ensure that the Cerner solution has the automated DevOps content with them

    • Work with other Solution Architects and Accenture Delivery Teams to develop assets and accelerators to assist clients with Cerner implementations, migrations, optimizations, and/or other related developments

    • Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

    • This work may or may not include opportunities with clients outside the US including travel to international client sites

    For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

    Here is what you need:• Minimum of 10 years experience in Healthcare IT in Solution Architecture• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If associate degree with 6 years of work experience)• Either consulting or systems integrator experience working with Cerner solutions, or healthcare organization experience of working with Cerner solutions

    As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $140,900 - $261,300 and information on benefits offered is here. (~~~)
