We are seeking a full time Compensation Programs Manager to join our AgCountry team in either our Fargo, ND Corporate office or Grand Forks, ND office. In this position, you will be responsible for program design, development and administration of total cash compensation programs. You will analyze current state of compensation within the organization, make recommendations for changes regarding market or equity adjustments including grade, title and base pay adjustments for individuals or groups; and conduct annual market analysis of positions as needed. In this role, you will also participate in compensation surveys and the analysis of the results, job description development and serve as an administrator of incentive plans. If you are a team player, have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field and/or experience equivalent to the degree, minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation analysis role, apply today and GROW your career with AgCountry!
