Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

AC Lens is one of the largest online full-service eyewear supply companies in the country. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of National Vision Inc., providing support to multiple optical retail companies such as Walmart Vision Centers, America's Best, and more. Customer Service Representatives assist customers with placing eyewear orders and resolving issues while providing the highest level of customer service. This is a work from home position, but requires at least one day of in-person training at our office located in Columbus, Ohio. + Pay Rate: $14.50/hr + English/Spanish Bilingual Speakers: $15.50/hr + Schedule: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM What would you do? - The Specifics + Assists customers with any questions regarding orders and concerns. + Provides all necessary support to customer through phone calls, faxes and email. + Ensures excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer related issues in accordance with company policies. + Routes calls to the appropriate resource when applicable. + Logs all calls using a call management system. Are you the right fit? - The Suitable Talent + High School Diploma/GED required. + Previous Customer Service experience preferred. + Weekend shifts and holiday shifts required. + Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. + Basic data entry/keyboard skills. + Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with others both verbally and in writing. + Ability and willingness to work within set time limits and performance standards. + Customer Service Representatives must have a suitable home office, complete with a quiet workspace, high-speed internet and a phone. + Ability to commute to AC Lens for training classes and/or equipment retrieval or drop-off, as needed.
