    Understanding requirements / problem statements from business functions like Sales, Services and CX to build Enterprise Architectures and Strategy which meets those requirements. Responsible for tool selection and procurement for different Commercial & Customer Ex technology needs. Participate in organization strategic planning and decision making. Understand various enterprise/strategic applications, security policies /standards defined in Honeywell, apply architecture best practices to craft an architecture that is secure, scalable, cost effective, performance efficient and resilient. You will drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions, present your architectures along with supporting artifacts to council of enterprise architects, business, cyber security team and other stakeholders to get their feedback and accommodate it in your architecture. Effectively communicate with business, leadership, and different stakeholders.

    As part of our team, you'll transform the way we deliver sales automation capabilities to sellers to drive revenue uplift and increase sales productivity through innovation, process and technology standardization. You will focus on introducing most up to date features, improve sellers experience, increase cross-collaboration, and capability adoption across Honeywell. This role will influence our Customer Experience transformation initiatives by maturing Global Design Model (GDM) strategy that will provide our sellers with 360 view of our customers through unified account planning, improve visibility in our customers purchasing behaviors, and increase cross-selling opportunities throughout the customer journey.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •Architecture: Create and maintain architecture for different Services owned and drive the modernization by working with development and infrastructure teams. Design and define strategic solutions for business needs. Proactively drive business to use technology and drive business goals. Manage Leadership updates, Communication and Risk management.

    •Collaboration: All Architectural work would be brainstormed and evaluated in collaboration with council of enterprise architects, business, cyber security team and other stakeholders.

    •Cloud First: Evaluating technical capabilities of SaaS applications in the market to meet business requirements by looking into integrate it with other Honeywell on premises/ cloud hosted/ SaaS applications as applicable. Where SaaS application is not an option, you will provide architectures to develop applications internally with a cloud first mindset.

    •Standards: Developing solutions, conceptual designs, data flow diagrams that meet enterprise, infrastructure, security standards and guidelines while meeting the business requirements

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    •10 years of experience in driving and leading large-scale architectural or delivery projects throughout an entire business through to completion

    •7+ years of design and development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with sales cloud

    •5+ years of experience architecting multiple large Salesforce, Service and CX implementations

    •2+ years of experience with Salesforce communities, Salesforce Lightning components, and Lightning Web Component (LWC)

    •Leadership experience

    •Salesforce Certified preferred

    •Evaluates technical capabilities of SaaS applications and its providers on behalf of Honeywell in alignment with strategic goals

    •Represents Architecture and/or IT organization in discussions with third parties (vendors, clients, joint venture partners, etc.)

    •Design and define strategic solutions for business needs. Proactively drive business to use technology and drive business goals

    •Manage Leadership updates, Communication and Risk management

    •Effectively communicate with Business and IT stake holders

    •Excellent Presentation skills and Innovative Thinking.

    •Leadership skills to define technology roadmap for an organization
