After training and a tailored learning program when you join, the Global Salesforce CRM-CPQ Support Administrator is an outstanding opportunity to support the Videojet Sales organization, specifically on our quoting tool, to improve process efficiency, drive revenue and margin growth, and improve the experience of the Videojet's customers and associates. This will be achieved by supporting the team leadership-led initiatives to develop quoting enhancements.
This role will be based out of our global headquarters in Wood Dale, IL and offers work from home flexibility.
Your responsibilities as a Global Salesforce CRM-CPQ Support Administrator at Videojet, include:
Manage and provide technical & software support for the sales (mobile) users for the ~~~ quoting tool and other commercial applications
Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for key business metrics and provide analytical support to Business Stakeholders in order to identify and capture sales growth opportunities
Provide general Salesforce and Applications' support for non-mobile sales users
Translate business requirements into technical specifications while incorporating systematic constraints and balancing cost-reward relationship
Develop new features and enhance existing features to increase the functionality of the Salesforce quoting tool and other Sales system environments
Suggest and drive logic-based business rules, email alerts and process flows to support increased automation initiatives
Understand the user's experience and predict use-cases to architect and implement usable solutions across multiple sales organization, systems and tools
Develop and/or enhance Standard Work and Auditing activities revolving around data collections, data integrity, and data compliance
Manage the set-up, on-boarding, and training of new Quoting users, sales managers and product managers
Analyze and optimize sales systems-related applications for both Customers (Portals) and Associates in relation to the quoting ecosystem

Your experience will include:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce quoting cloud is preferred
Ability to define and handle product deliverables while adhering to project timelines
Good attention to details
Fluency in both written and spoken English. Another European language would be a plus
