About The Lower East Side:
The Lower East Side is in New York County and is one of the best places to live in New York. Located in lower Manhattan, the Lower East Side (LES) is a vibrant dining and nightlife hub full of restaurants, bars, and music venues. On a weekend night its streets teem with people in their 20s and 30s from all parts of the city. Complementing the busy nightlife, there is a lot happening during the day as well. The LES has hundreds of restaurants and cafes, dozens of clothing stores, and over 100 art galleries. Countering the buzz of the neighborhood's core, you can find quieter spots closer to the river. The population is a mix of old and new. Long-time residents now share the space with young professionals and families. The influx of new residents has also brought in development of new condos, including the well-known "Blue Condo" building and 100 Norfolk developments. The Lower East Side is bordered on the north by the East Village, on the east by the East River, on the south by Two Bridges, and on the west by Chinatown and Bowery.
About Mount Sinai Downtown:
The Mount Sinai Heath System is undertaking a sweeping transformation of Mount Sinai Beth Israel (MSBI) to create the new Mount Sinai Downtown Network, an expanded and unified network of state-of-the-art facilities stretching from the East River to the Hudson River below 34th Street.
Compensation range from 200K to 230K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
