    • Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating large strategic programs from initiation through to implementation.

    • Leads cross-functional program teams and works with product partners to determine and interpret product requirements into technology solutions.

    • Responsible for managing program costs, resources, change requests, risk and issues to ensure that maximum business benefit maintained as well as provision of regular program status updates.

    • Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects, that may span a broad range of systems and enterprise-wide components.

    • Effectively communicates with Delivery Directors, Portfolio Management and Business Partners with regard to program strategy, direction and changes.

    • Facilitates potential development solutions by working with Product Partners and senior level Architects to determine technology solutions that align with business strategies and IT strategic directions.

    • Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans and ensures that scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders.

    • Ensures that the supporting Business Case is updated throughout the course of delivery and works with the business to ensure business case objectives are met.

    • Certification requirement: Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (eg. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association).

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS Degree; Advance Degree preferred.

    • 7 years of experience managing large programs in Data Management domain

    • You are a strategic, structured thinker with strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, and the ability to translate information and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.

    • You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and speak up when you have a different point of view.

    • You are a relationship builder with strong influence management skills who excels at bringing multiple cross-functional teams together toward common goals.

    • You are a team player with a strong collaborative orientation.

    • You have excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience and comfort working closely with all levels of the organization.

    • You are comfortable leading a team through ambiguity and creating structure and strategies in white space.

    • You are curious about how technology works.

    • You have the ability to drive results.

    • You are able to navigate complex organizational needs and imperatives to identify opportunities for new and more efficient ways to structure and deliver high quality software

    • Experience manging transformation programs to Cloud is a plus
