    Required Skills:

    Program Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Work closely with Facebook's Global Operations team to analyze and improve the health of its products

    2. Help develop understanding on how to use the products through direct support and developing scalable solutions

    3. Collect and synthesize data to discover operational problem within the Global Operations team and generate actionable insights to enable balanced human review performance

    4. Frame and scope problem statements, develop strategy, and use quantitative data analysis and visualization to influence internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on new product solutions

    5. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted (remote work benefit)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    1. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in an analyst or computer-related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience in the following:

    2. Identifying and communicating issues with technical and non-technical audiences

    3. Building and scaling workflows based on data and insights

    4. Project management

    5. Data analysis, mining, and SQL

    6. Quantitative risk detection and modeling

    7. Web or customer analytics

    8. Data reporting and visualization
