  • Description: Safety Coordinator We are looking for an OSHA 500 Safety Professional for a commercial construction company with operations at the Atlanta Airport. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with executing safety strategy and zero accident culture on the project(s) Monitoring daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and company rules/policies Implement the project's safety program Teach onsite safety classes OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 hour Requirements for this position include: 4+ years of Aviation Commercial construction safety experience Formal safety training including OSHA 500 in the construction industry - specifically Aviation / Airport Safety Ability to identify and correct safety deficiencies in the field Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels in a construction environment Candidate must also be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with a general contractor preferred Skills: Safety, aviation, airport, Osha 500, Site safety, Osha, Osha 30, Health & safety, Safety program, Audit, Safety management, Construction Top Skills Details: Safety, aviation, airport, Osha 500,Site safety, Osha Additional Skills & Qualifications: OSHA 500 Aviation / Airport Site Safety Experience Ability to work night / overnight shifts Experience Level: Intermediate Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
