Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be part of our Salesforce applications team within the Information Technology organization. You will work with a team of administrators and developers who are responsible for everything from system administration for our roughly 1500 users to developing improved workflows, object models, and configurations to support the business as it grows and evolves. Description What you will do: + Work with stakeholders to gather requirements with a focus on providing added value to stakeholders beyond immediate requests. + Create and document a solution with developers following Salesforce's best practices and Acxiom's architectural design patterns. + Engage with and act as liaison with other required support teams. + Coordinate with stakeholders on user acceptance testing and change management communications. + Lead projects as needed to drive improvement across the Salesforce platform. + Work with a cross-functional team of product owners, analysts, and developers to provide the most pertinent solutions to our business requirements. + Assist in improving operational efficiency and system utilization (i.e., automation, training, etc.) + Create and maintain internal documentation on the Salesforce Org and the processes that govern the management of the organization. + Help Salesforce admins to monitor and troubleshoot end-user issues. What you will need: + Have a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and customization options. + Be able to identify business needs and solutions to overcome obstacles, remove blockers, and deliver on objectives. + To gain understanding, articulate ideas through effective written, verbal, and listening skills. + Build effective relationships with stakeholders guiding attitudes, behaviors, and mindsets resulting in win-win outcomes furthering Acxiom's objectives. + Anticipate, recognize, and clearly define problems using various techniques to reflect, analyze, weigh alternatives, and propose solutions. + Stay current with Salesforce releases, and corresponding documentation and provide new functionality recommendations. + Have strong remote meeting and communication skills since most of the team is in other US facilities. + 3+ years of experience in business analysis on the Salesforce platform What will set you apart: + Experience with Salesforce Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) + Familiarity with Software development and project management methodologies: Agile and Waterfall + Ability to resolve issues with minimal oversight, and natural problem-solving abilities. + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience + Experience on ~~~ in an Administrative, Development, and/or Solution Analyst capacity + Preference is given to Salesforce certifications.
