    This is an internal customer facing role. Vital to the role is proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, the BUs, Global Supply Chain, and Sales and Service Operations. The value of the role rests in solving complex data management and process issues for emerging and existing strategic business initiatives. The data, information and reporting output from this function is critical to the key strategies of the corporation. In this role, you will enjoy corporate visibility, a fast pace environment, opportunities to influence others, data analysis and management, process development, and an understanding of larger business strategies. As well, you will work with a positive, hardworking and collaborative cross functional group. A successful candidate will be data savvy, confident in abilities, collaborative, self-directed and driven to achieve corporate objectives.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

    • Work on the most visible and strategic initiatives in the company

    • Work in Sales Operations and with collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals

    • Learn by doing! A key element of the role is thinking creatively and finding new solutions

    • Participate in audits of the business processes

    • Perform audits of legal contracts to data

    • Act as an error proofing stop gap for data entering critical systems

    • Variable and quick-change daily environment

    • Urgent and Ad hoc data analysis and reports

    • Develop long term, sustainable and scalable data management processes and tools

    • Reporting (manual and transition to automated)

    • Interface with leadership and peers cross functionally

    • Data management (processes, training, data validation)

    • Process reviews and streamlining, automating, error proofing to ensure data integrity

    • Work with Excel, macros, BI reports and Powerpoint presentations

    • Validate/support the team in monthly customer review meetings

    • Proactive data analytics - identify issues that we cannot see today, drive process, system, data enhancements

    • Root cause analysis and corrective action as necessary

    • Developing requirements for databases/systems/tools; includes data cleanliness and error proofing calculations in a changing environment

    • Data mining and re-organizing

    • Data interpretation, identify trends, patterns, insights that are hidden - then drive action

    • Prepare reports ad hoc and develop long term, sustainable and automated reports

    • Create documentation of all data analysis steps, processes, and tools

    • BS degree in business, data analytics, marketing or related field from an accredited university is required. MBA is a plus

    • Experience in presenting complex issues at an executive level

    • Fluency (written and oral) in English required

    • High level of data analysis skills specifically in Excel using complex formulas, pivots, macros and charts are required

    • Willing to travel up to 5% domestic and international if needed

    Preferred and or ability and desire to learn:

    • Experience in a customer facing service environment required

    • Global experience

    • 3 years' experience in semiconductor, contract manufacturing and/or high-tech industries
