    Position Overview

    The Senior Director, Business Planning & Performance Management reports to the SVP of GTM Finance and will be their key business partner. This role will interact with the most senior leaders in our GTM and Finance organizations.

    The right candidate for this role will demonstrate a strategic mindset, excellent executive presence, cross functional collaboration skills and strong financial planning process & system experience. This role requires dexterity to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and insights thinking to disciplined processes leadership of complex planning cycles.


    • Be the strategic partner for our SVP of GTM Finance and the COO staff

    • Orchestrate critical financial planning and performance management business analysis across the GTM and the GTM finance organizations

    • Drive process transformation across planning and performance management cycles with a focus on tool/ system modernization

    • Build a high-performing team through strategic hiring, mentoring, and development of talent

    • Be a part of the future of finance at Autodesk- help us realize our vision to be the best finance team in the industry

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience in a large public SAAS company finance function ideal; Experience in FP&A or GTM finance in a multi-dimensional GTM model (products, geos, business models) a must

    • Management consulting or investment banking background a distinct advantage

    • Strong people leader who manages with empathy and passion

    • Executive presence and ability to "tell a story through numbers" that drives decisions with senior audiences

    • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience as a Subject Expert influencing process and solution design in tools such as Anaplan and Power BI

    • Finance or Engineering undergrad required, MBA an advantage
