  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Customer Data Platform (CDP) to lead our CDP practice. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of CDP solutions for our clients. Your strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership abilities will be essential in driving the success of our CDP practice and enabling our clients to leverage their customer data effectively. Responsibilities + Leadership and Strategy: + Develop and implement a strategic vision for our CDP practice in alignment with company goals and market trends. + Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for CDP services, ensuring continuous innovation and staying ahead of industry best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CDP strategies with other business initiatives and client requirements. + Client Engagement and Service Delivery: + Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective CDP solutions. + Lead and manage multiple client engagements concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. + Provide expert guidance on data management, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign management leveraging CDP capabilities. + Team Leadership and Development: + Build and lead a high-performing team of CDP consultants and data analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback. + Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning. + Identify skill gaps and training needs, developing training programs to enhance the capabilities of the CDP team. + Technical Expertise: + Stay up to date with the latest advancements in CDP technologies, tools, and industry trends. + Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual property related to CDP. + Offer expert guidance on data integration, data governance, data privacy, and data security best practices within the CDP ecosystem. + Business Development: + Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. + Support the development of proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses for prospective clients. + Participate in industry conferences, events, and thought leadership activities to enhance the company's reputation and network. Requirements + 12+ years' experience in consulting + 10+ years' experience with data and marketing technology like: CDPs (i.e. Treasure Data) and Martech Stacks (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe) + 8+ years' experience in leadership roles. + 6+ years' experience in management roles. + 6+ years' experience managing client relationships and sales + Deep understanding of customer data platforms, data management, customer analytics, and marketing technologies. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels. + Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive business outcomes. + Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and business models.
