Technical Assistance Center Representative

Job Description:

Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first line of communication between Allison and our Distributors, Dealers, and End Customers. The CSR candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively documenting customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

• File and maintain all records and documentation in accordance with corporate retention policies.

• Route calls to other team members whenever needed

• Manage account requests via corporate email inboxes

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma Equivalent

• Previous customer service experience

• Strong Phone and Verbal Communication along with active Listening

• Mechanically inclined and possess a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair

• Analytical thinking/Problem solving

• Demonstrates good written communication

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Previous call center experience in technical assistance

• Warranty Processing experience

• Bilingual
